Hello I'm a newby to nqBasic.

Can anyone please tell me how to use GPIO as serial output or input on the nanocore12MAX?

I want to connect 3 SCI devices to the nanocore, how ever there is only one port.

I noticed there is an I2C sample program that dose something like that but i don't want to use I2C.

I have used "Serout" in picBasic, and I have used "SoftwareSerial()" in arduino, I was wondering if there is something similar in nqbasic.

Thanks.

There is a serial input function that works on any pin in nqBASIC . It is documented in the SCI object here: http://www.nqbasic.com/documentation/43-reference/114-nqbasic-api.html?start=7 The function is called SER_Busy_get. Unfortunately, there is no equivalent for serial output.
